Our support services follow the same principles as the ReadyScale platform itself – we will work in partnership with you to take the stress out of operating your infrastructure, allowing your own team to focus on adding business value.

Our support services are billed monthly, with pricing based on the size and complexity of your infrastructure.

Pro-Active Maintenance Service

We'll take care of keeping your infrastructure up to date, so you can focus on your products and services. We'll also carry out regular health checks, so we can warn you in advance of any impending issues. Included in this service are:

  • Monthly operating system, language and software patching
  • Rapid, proactive response to major security issues
  • Upgrades to new versions of the ReadyScale platform
  • Monthly capacity and system health checks

Service Desk

You will be able to call on our service desk for assistance - we can offer 24x7 coverage, or a cut down set of hours as required by your business needs.

We're committed to keeping the gap between our consultants and our staff providing support to a minimum. We won't make you have to deal with unskilled incident managers before you can talk to someone who knows what they're talking about. We'll ensure that whoever helps you out is:

  • Technically excellent, great at troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Aware of the architecture of your system, the technologies used and how it integrates with other systems
  • Conscious of your regulatory and security environment

We'll share knowledge within our team, including handover from any of our consultants working with you, and prepare training materials and documentation for our new staff where necessary, to ensure that we can support you quickly and efficiently whenever you need us.
